I was 143 when I signed in in July and now I'm 141.... But I was 140 a few days ago. Hopefully, next week is more positive.

My biggest problem is when we have busy days. I'm often out with my husband and my kids at an amusement park which doesn't allow us to bring food, at the zoo, the science centre, friends, family... It's hard to eat healthy on the go. Today we bribed the kids to leave the zoo and offered them sundaes... Ah. My other problem…

I recently discovered that YouTube has tons of free fitness videos that are of really good quality. My husband and I have been using fitness blender and I'm enjoying it. I have rheumatoid arthritis so sometimes some of it is too much for me. Otherwise I enjoy walking and a bit of jogging. I'm trying to overcome an IT band…

Current weight : 143 Goal weight : 130 August goal: 135 My others goals are to wall 10, 000 steps a day and be a fun and active mom for my two lovely kids. That's why I started trying to lose weight a few months ago, I was always tired and lazy with them and that's not the memories I want them to have of me.

If you have arthritis then check with the rheumatologist first.

I'd give it a try and see what you can do. Fibro sucks and ispainful but it doesn't lead to any damage or other health complications so in my opinion there is no harm in trying. Might even help? Also, stay well hydrated.
