  • Great so far. 4 weeks, 5 lbs , and 1 pants size down with tracking my food plus 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least 6 days a week. That means 10 miles on my bike before breakfast or 45 on the elliptical when I travel. MFP really makes me aware of what I am eating. BTW, I am over 60. Anyone can do this.
