I would loves some friends on here! I've been using mfp for awhile but have never checked out the community.

I try to have fun working out. I've found that if you can enjoy your workouts at least half the time it's much easier to stay motivated. Also if you can make friends that do a certain sport or activity that you like and have time for that seems to help accountability wise.

Eat more and look up the workout called "Cindy" Do it every other day.
