Ps. Look into it online some more. I read so many articles and forums. They say something like 10% of women have adverse reactions like weight gain from the hormones in it.

Yes! That thing was making me so hungry and I didn't even realize it was happening. Had it out about a month ago and already lost 7 lbs and I've even slowed down exercising. I just don't feel nearly as hungry as I used to and I get satisfied faster. It's been slowly tapering off. It wasn't like over night.

Why find a cheese alternative when there are lower calorie options of the real thing?! I eat at least one light string cheese a day. Only 50 calories! Parmesan is pretty low cal too. Laughing cow is great. Like 35 calories a wedge. You don't have to give it up!

There are some amazing recipes on Pinterest for egg frittatas that you just bake in a muffin pan and stick them in your fridge for whenever you want to grab one. You can add whatever you want in them too and they're so yummy!

What @aalta2989 said. Diastasis Recti. It's a separation of the abdominal muscles. I've been dealing with it since I had my twins. Not everyone has it after pregnancy but it's pretty common. Google it and there is a method to check if you have it. Basically it's when your abdominal muscles don't hold in any of the tummy…

Ah, fellow coffee lover... Almond milk in coffee is so strange. I don't know how anyone enjoys their coffee that way. I switched from regular to 'sugar-free' version CoffeeMate creamer awhile ago because it's like half the calories and still tastes great. I also cut slowly cut down on how much used. Maybe try 3.5 for…

@ZeroDelta that egg sandwich looks amazing! Plus way lower calories than most breakfast sandwich type things. Where do you get it?

Just find a healthier alternative. If you want to eat out and not have to make something a lot of restaurants with healthy options have carry-out. If you want a burger find a place with a veggie burger or turkey burger that's healthier instead of McDonald's. I found this place with baked sweet potato fries to replace my…

I literally googled this same thing like a month ago. I had to have a serious talk with my boyfriend about needing him to support me, and although bringing me french fries for lunch is nice, it's not helping me on what I need to do for myself right now. The temptation is too much and it's not good for him either (even…

I was a vegetarian for 5 years and they were the skinniest years of my life. It really depends on what you eat though. Plenty of processed foods are technically vegetarian so if you do it you really have to still focus on eating whole healthy foods.

It is thank you, @cynsonya

@rabbitjb Instead of jumping down people's throats maybe take the time to read their full comment. I explicitly stated "who really knows how much truth there is to that." I wasn't making a claim other than from my own experience. Ive been consistently drinking it and consistently losing weight. I do not know if they're…

Some studies say green tea boosts the metabolism by something like 4%, I think. Who really knows how much truth there is to that. In my personal experience I am inclined to believe it though. I've been drinking 2-3 glasses a day and I've lost more weight than usual. 10 pounds in about a month. If that's really the reason I…

I felt like that too and found 1,200 to be too low. I raised my calorie intake to 1,300 and the extra 100 cals made a huge difference. I don't feel hungry as much and I've still been losing weight. To feel more full though try to eat more protein. I like to snack on Greek yogurt to keep me feeling full. Goodluck!

I've been drinking a ton of herbal teas. Mint tea helps curb hunger and green tea helps speed up the metabolism. Plus it helps keeps you hydrated!

Me too & I just added you ☺️

Right?!? My boyfriend ate French fries in front of me for lunch today and it was like literal torture. I'll add you

Yep, I'm down 20 and 30-40 to go... Feel free to add me ☺️

Congratulations on being a new mom! I feel like that wasn't me long ago but in reality it was 2 years ago, haha. I'm down 20lbs but still trying to lose the rest of the weight I gained with my twins. Feel free to add me, I'd love to be friends!
-
I totally need some friends too so I'll add you ☺️
-
Oh yeah. Down 20, and 30-40 to go. Feel free to add me ☺️

Oh man, do I feel ya... Some days I just want to give up but then I refocus & keep going. Don't give up! Reward yourself for little accomplishments. The incentive keeps me going. Goodluck!

Zoloft made me gain a ton of weight. I switched to Wellbutrin and I lost over 20 lbs in 2-3 months. I've also had a lot of ovarian cysts throughout my life and my ob/gyn said its normal and harmless it comes with your monthly cycle and even though they can be painful and uncomfortable they're rarely anything serious,…
