Very true, I noticed that trying working out at 5 a.m. especially on a empty stomach, and also felt very weak compared to when I workout later on in the day What time?

Thank y'all, just people would tell me after your late night workouts you just go home and your muscles are not active, but I figured as long as you go and have a great workout then it will benefit you wether you go mornings afternoon or evening.

Here is some advice I've gave the girls in my family. Stay at calorie deficit, for you as a girl keep fat grams below 30/day. Best time to workout is in the morning, or early afternoon never late, especially no cardio at night. Lift heavy 3 seats of 8-10reps, cardio is great add in, but lifting is the key. My sister in law…

As for energy I like to eat dry raw almonds, satisfied hunger, do you take any kind of pre workout before your workout to give you a boost? If so what kind? Try upping your carbs a little bit.
