I find if I don't count the calories my weight shifts slowly, but I'm at peace with myself. When I'm too intensive with calorie counting it becomes an obsession, then it all gets too much and I start binging. I don't know why I do that, brain rebellion maybe? I struggle being at home, and the temptation of the fridge being around.
