Hey, not sure if anyone mentioned this website yet, but https://breakingmuscle.com has a bunch of different free training programs geared towards people in various athletics (including martial arts). I'm sure there are people on that site with wisdom towards the goals you're setting :)

Thank you for the advice, editorgrrl! I actually have done quite a bit of research on weight loss prior to beginning my journey, and over the last month and a half have seen my body lose weight at the pace that apparently it wants to! I am sure it will slow down at some point, and I am definitely not going to try and push…
