Yea!! I was there for 3 months and put on 2.5 stone!!! I am still struggling to loose this!!

Hi - yes it's a circuit train using kettle bells between 10-15lbs (i use 12lbs) Its 10-15 reps of each exercise with a completion of the circuit 2-3 times

When travelling in America for 3 months I ended up putting nearly 1.5 stone on. Within a couple weeks of getting back to England and drinking water instead of the sugary sodas I lost nearly 1 stone Deffinately work curbing the fizzy drinks in!!
