Exercise has always increased my appetite, however, that doesn't mean I shouldn't do it. If I eat the right things, it doesn't matter how hungry I am; I will still lose weight.

Nothing specific, just different choices and cutting out sugar. I get to choose my goals and they help tweak them. I'm supposed to be on a 2,000 calorie diet, but I thought that was too low. Now that I don't eat sugar, I don't want anything else and I have trouble making myself eat. I average 1,000 calories lately.
