I read a quote similar to your comment the other day that particularly resonated with me. It went something along the lines of... "There are reasons to be vegetarian and only excuses to eat meat" I thought it was pretty powerful as it just cut the BS and its message was clear!!

Yes I would agree with this advice, it's essential you refuel with carbohydrates after you exercise and if you're intensely working out, as you seem to be, up your post workout portions of carbs and protein.

5'4" Heighest weight: around 154 lbs Current weight: 148 lbs Goal weight: 135 lbs I am naturally a bit curvier with wide hips and an hourglass figure but unfortunately most of my fat lies around my hips in an unsightly fashion!!
