Feel free to add me. Started with mfp about 3 weeks ago, but have started my journey about 2 months- 15 pounds lighter as it for today, my goal is 20 more until end of year.

I have to say a fitness tracker. I bought an original vivo fit and I love it. Keeps me on my toes ( literally;) I love because they have a challenge every week and o guess I thrive on the competition. Calorie counting And after reading all this I'm getting a good scale today... Support from my husband <3

I also heard the same thing that in the biggest looser women worked out because they needed a deficit of 6000 calories a day and 8000 for man. All on a 1200 and 1500 diet .. That's crazy insane . Although I would love to have an average of 3-4 pounds a week:)

It's just that I have some goals and reachable ones like loose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week or so give or take. I understand weight loss it's no linear but still disappointed I've been so unhealthy for so long , now I'm doing things by the "t" And usually heavy ppl like me loose weight at a faster pace in beginning ... Sorry…

I don't get it (?)!!? I'm currently 230( lost 10 pounds last month and half since I started) I about 1500-1700 cal sometimes even less no sweets No bread mainly no carbs mainly protein and tons of veggies, ( even cut out some fruits) Ibsen walking an average of 6-8 miles a day . Why can't I loose the weight ???whT am I…
