I see lots of change! Keep up the good work.

Great work!

You've done some great work!

Just trying to give an update. I'm at 183 lbs now and *hopefully* this update picture works.
-
Heck yes!
-
My start waist was a 42. I'm not "done" yet but my waist as of this week was 30.5. I'm hoping to get back down to my old 28 inch waist.

5'9" here! I started at 315/310. I didn't get out of size 24(US) pants until 30lbs or so. You'll probably notice big changes around 30-40lbs; that's how it was for me anyway. Keep taking your measurements and you calories and you start to notice changes in no time.

You can add me. We're the same age and have similar goals. I've lost 115 lbs so far with 45 more to go. You can do this. Just take it one day at a time.
-
You got this!

I can wear a ring my grandma got me for graduation again. It's been to tight for several years.

@moyer566 Thanks! I'm starting week five tomorrow bright and early.
-
Just finished week four yesterday. I just realized there was a group for C25K. I must admit that I'm slightly nervous about week 5 day 3.
-
I was never a runner. I hated it. I tried C25K because my husband loves running and wanted us to do it together. I'm proud to say that on Saturday I finished week four. I'm excited to finish the program because it really does work! Don't be nervous, you can do this!

Hi! SW : 315-310 ( not 100% sure ) CW : 195 GW : 170 UGW : 150 Height: 5' 9" Age: 25

I do both and I'm loving the results. My lifting routine is M-W-F and I do morning runs on T-Th-Sa. I rest on Sunday's. Just be sure to eat lots of protein and good carbs and you'll be fine.

I've lost 115 lb and have about 45 lbs to go. The only places I'm noticing the skin being loose is my arms( not that bad really, just a bit) and my upper thighs. It doesn't bother me though.

The best thing I did as a new mother was invest in a baby carrier. Ergo and Tula make great ones. Baby and you get cuddle time and you can walk for exercise while having your arms free.
-
At first it seemed to take about 12 weeks or 20 ish lbs. Now that I'm getting into smaller sizes uts about 6-8 weeks or 10-15 lbs maybe. A friend of mine is loosing too and seems to drop sizes super quick. I'm fairly tall though, so that may be a factor.
-
Feel free to add me. I've lost 105 so far and I still have around 55lbs to go. It's been quite a journey so far.
-
11....I can't believe it. It felt like I'd never get there when I started.
-
Thank you!

I'm 5' 9.5" and I started at around 315 lbs wearing a tight 24. The smallest I ever was was about 145, and I wore a size 10. Still I have a really large frame and 145 was really to small for me. I'm the most comfortable around160-165. I'm still losing but my current measurements are 43-33-46 and I'm in a size 14.
-
The walk to visit your family would get my vote! Or video games, love tthose too.
-
Add me if you like. I'm on my last 50 ish lbs of "baby weight". Honestly its more like moderate bed rest weight but I digress. :D
-
I used to wear a US 24 AT about 310 lbs. Now I'm in a size 14. Still have about 50 lbs to go. Can't wait to see where I end up.
-
Mine is open! Feel free to add me.

I got the exact same diagnosis when I was 15. With pretty much the same meds and such. I know that lots of people are very sick on metformin but in my experience it was a perfect treatment for me. I've been on it for over ten years, even while pregnant. It's really helped my symptoms and my blood work is always pretty…
-
I have. I'm down 95-ish lbs and walking is pretty much all I do. Pics since you asked. :) P.S. I'm five foot nine.
-
Thanks so much! Weird thing is, that bikini was kind of a low point. I had to get a 24 and it made me decide to make changes.
-
Thanks! I worded that poorly. Lol I meant that I'm a little over 5' 9", but not quite 5' 10".
