Hey there! Were the same height and *almost* the same start weight. If I were you I would commit to this place for a while. Count everything, make small sustainable changes. You will, and can, loss this weight. Feel free to add me on here!

This is not quite 100, it's about 95. However, before I had the baby in the second picture I had lost about 120. My start weight was somewhere north of 300 lbs. Second picture with the purple dress I'm around 210 or 215. This has been a challenge but it's so worth it. I have about 40-45 lbs to go.

I went from a size 24, 315lbs down to a 12/14 and 200lbs (current stats, I'm 5"9'). I lost about 75lbs without exercise. Then I started walking and doing body weight exercises. Right?! I'm about the same hight as you and it's so nice to see other women around the same height at the goal I want. I was also about 145 in high school/early college and I also got a lot of "You're so thin!" comments.

Since May 2015. At first I went from 315-180lbs, I got a surprise pregnancy and only gained 30 lbs. Now that I've had the baby I'm at 208 lbs and working film getting down to 165 lbs.

I'm 5'9" and I'm large framed. I've been lifting the whole time I've been loosing so I'm about 183lbs. My goal is 165-170 lbs. I'll throw in some in some current 183lb pics for you.

I had one, unfortunately I don't have any pictures of it, but I noticed today it's pretty much all gone. For me I think it was because of my breast size/weak back muscles. I've been working on loosing weight for just a little over a year. I've been lifting heavy regularly since October. I'm about 185lbs, I try not to focus on then scale and focus on how I look.

Lol yes. It has definitely had ups and downs but it's been very rewarding.
