How long did it take y'all to notice a visible difference? And how many times a week for how long did you lift?

    Every six months or so I start to notice things are different in a positive way.

    It depends on the person as to how long physical changes take.

    Are you following a structured program?

    I'm doing Xbox Fitness.

    I don't know anything about it.. is that a weightlifting program? I'd assume it was bodyweight, but I could be wrong, having no knowledge of it.

    It's Mossa. They have different programs. Two are strength training for 30 minutes.
