Feeling like a success today -- age 32 but thinner than I was in high school

I haven't been on MFP in soooo long and one of my friends posted to my wall, of which my phone promptly informed me. I signed in and realized my last posted weight was 144 lbs (starting weight of about 150 lbs... the highest I have ever been was 165 lbs post pregnancy). As of late, whenever I weight myself it is around 135 lbs. I've been steady there for maybe a year or so... I feel fortunate to have outgrown my need for MFP, since it taught me the basic macro-nutrients of the foods I eat.
I stay on a real food, ketogenic diet. I eat to satisfaction. Sometimes I'll skip a meal or two and practice some regenerative fasting. My health, energy level, and mood are stable, consistent , and better than ever. Occasionally, I check my ketones, even after a bowl of blueberries, they are at least trace first thing in the morning. MFP was a great tool for me in knowing how many carbohydrates were in what foods. My biggest keys to success were 1. eating a low carb diet that embraces fat, cholesterol, and saturated fat and 2. cutting out processed foods (artificial sweeteners, seed oils and other processed fats)
I've had to throw out a lot of my old clothes, since I've gone from a size 8 or 10 to a size 6. I even found myself wearing some dress pants I haven't worn since before I had my 3 kids (dunno why I kept those all these years). Despite being in shape, I still hate shopping and trying on clothes. I guess that will never change!
I don't have any before/after shots, but I got my hair cut a few days ago and snapped a pic. Here's me!
Edit: I forgot to mention that I haven't been exercising much lately since my family, home, and work keeps me pretty busy. Losing the weight and keeping it off had nothing to do with that, but I do enjoy running outdoors, hiking, and body weight exercises when I can fit them in.

Good job. You look much younger than 32.1

That is great to hear that you're thriving on a ketogenic diet!
How you managed to look so youthful while raising 3 children is nothing short of magical.1 -
Thanks, guys I also work night shift as an RN, so I'm not immune to stress. The ketogenic real food diet is a lifesaver.
I really do feel like I've found the fountain of youth! Heard recently of a new drug in the works that promises to fight aging... I realized that it activates the same proteins as both fasting and the ketogenic diet, namely sirtuins. I'm glad I can get the benefits without a pill.
