I just saute mushrooms in butter then add about 1/4 cup beef stock. Then add cream cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper. Might sound weird but it tastes good.

Gosh I have a cheepie but I use it for everything. I grind meats ,cheese, and veggies.I mix breads, muffins, and make my own butter from cream. My microwave and food processor are the two kitchen gadgets I can't live without.

I ran a b&b for several years before retiring and we have ponds where people fished and used paddleboats.

I'm pretty new at low carb cooking but I love to cook so anything is good but like some people have said cost restrictions could apply. I am retired and living on a fixed income.

Oh forgot to mention I am 62 and very happily married..although it probably makes very little difference. I do hate I bought 5 pounds of very expensive almond flour and have thrown out about a pound trying to make weird cakes and such. Thanks my real name is Sue and I'm from Virginia. I have lost most of my weight doing weight watchers but this last 10 pounds is mostly flab and stubborn. I thought a lot of weight lifters do a low carb thing to get a ripped look so why wouldn't it work to get this last 10 pounds of flab off? I've been at it three weeks…

I don't understand how you could get the count since you take the meat out after you cook it. I would think you would have to estimate it.

Hi all I'm new but just ordered a fitbit "zip" and it clips to your clothes. Not sure how they work , as I haven't received it yet.
