Tracked carbs Tracked calories Did not stay in range Did not try new recipes three day total 6 pumpkins 13 total Sis has been here and I got really sloppy with the carbs during her visit. It is so hard to entertain and keep on track.

Well the past two days I got another 4 pumpkins for a total of 7. I really don't know how I'm going to try low carb recipes because they all make too large servings and I hate waste. I can't eat all that pie or cake and hubby doesn't do sweets much. When I do make something it tastes so yucky. I will probably just have to…

Batlady just post the (img)line goes here (/img) Delete anything that has (quote)....(/quote) I know it looks confusing. For some reason on my phone I can't do the click thingy and get the url. That might work better for you. Baconslave told about it.

Try quoting just my post above. You copy and paste it rather than posting it. That should give you one pumpkin For more just paste how many you need.

To get the pumpkin hit quote on the bottom of someones post that has a pumpkin in it. Instead of posting the quote go down and read it. You will see some lines with image BB codes in it. Copy and paste the whole lines into your own post. The codes look something like ... (img) line goes here (/img)

Daily Pumpkins collected: 2 I tracked calorie and carb today. I stayed within calorie range. Did not try any holiday recipes. Gosh I hope I collect enough pumpkins for a pie.... at least. Weekly pumpkins...3

SW 146 GW 140 Go back to tracking calories and carb Try new holiday type recipes If I loose 3 pounds this month I'll consider it successful This week I have tried a pumpkin pie recipe which I didn't care for. It was ok but nothing to jump for joy over. I froze the leftovers and will eat it eventually. Have not been…

Yippeee I actually lost 3 pounds without tracking my food or weight in KISS. I didn't do well with my yoga but overall the month was a success.

I had not initially planned on staying low carb, but can tell now I will probably have to. Low carb is the only woe that seems to ward off cravings. I don't seem to be able to diet off these last 10 pounds so how do I think I could maintain that weight? I may have set unrealistic expectations. My idea is to not have to…

I think I shrunk! No really we were just sitting in some big joke like chairs. Camping so much I have decided to try and not track any food to the end of the month. Then weigh and see how I did. I have to learn how to maintain without tracking someday. Yoga not going so well but I'm hangin..lol

Week two- Total wreck, nuff said. I'm having fun though. I have managed to stay off scales. Too busy to think about it.

Those look wonderful. I will be trying soon. Thanks.

Good luck all. Hope your week goals go better than mine. I have already missed my yoga this week because of camping and boating. It is hard to yoga on water. I did get in exercise. Water skiing. My food choices have been a labor day week mess. The only thing I prepped was some bell peppers and dip and hubby ate half of…

The only reason I stay off the main forums is because the weight loss info there is too full of opposing information. So much better to just focus on low carb. I'm a member of fitbit but I only go there searching and looking for fitbit info. I have never posted there.

Way to go everyone! I personally keep above 50 g a day but under 100. There was a short period where I was falling under 50 not knowing it was what may have been making me feel bad. Rolling in and out of keto flu. I have only been doing this a couple months and am looking for very slow losses. I believe it is happening…

My KISS Put the scales away for the month Add a stretch/yoga routine three days a week Eat simpiler..things like steak, broccoli and butter and things that don't take a lot of prep Prep snacks on weeked for entire week like boiled eggs, celery sticks, carrot sticks, dip. Goal- to end the month feeling rejuvenated and…

Aug 29, no goal made Aug 30, 10446 Aug 31, 10558 So for the month I made goal 15 days out of 31 The only weight I lost was what I had put on through the month. The extra walking seemed to cause me extra hunger hence extra pounds. I intend to keep up my steps but hope to curb any carb crashes I might lean toward furthermore.

I often call alcohol the devil. I do it jokingly. Anyone with common sense knows food in any form is not evil. People do have different reactions to different foods though. It seems logical ,to me, that if a food spikes blood sugar it might not be healthy for certain people. Food shaming sounds a bit weird..kind of how…

Ha , good way to mash potatoes. I don't own a front loader.

Well hubby likes to just leave them in coolers with the dirt in tact until we use them, so I would only do the few I might be using this week. We dug about 150 pounds and they usually last us into February. My sis is talking about using tires too.
-
Cool idea about the washing machine! We just dug potatoes too and while I'm not eating as many as I used to hubby loves them. I could throw the potato and carrot in the machine together. Hubby might think I'm drunk though..lol.

Hi all. I can't sleep again so up reading all your updates. There are so many and I can't keep them straight in my head or my tiny phone to comment. I had another wine binge tonight so it might be why I can't sleep. Alcohol is the devil. Tomorrow I'm canning sauerkraut and cleaning carrots. The only thing I hate about…

It sounds reasonable to me. Not sure why people would feel threatened by it. Someone might take their boxed goodies away? I don't know.

Greenautumn, sunnybunny and baconslave those are some amazing results. Makes me wonder why I didn't start LCHF sooner in life.

I make my own green powder with kale. I just dehydrate my garden kale and then grind it in my coffee grinder. You can make smoothies and sprinkle it on salads and soups. Works pretty good.
