yes do the preparation on a Sunday for the whole week and be organised with food.....80% of people are less likely to indulge when food has been prepared for the week....ive done it for 3 years now....best decision I did!

I wear Running trainers and they make no difference what so ever. A good quality pair of gym trainers/running trainers will do fine.... not buying it.

Exactly, that's why I said its each to their own, I personally love a 45/40/15 split but again it depends what your doing whether you are Bulking or cutting.

not required 100%, I never did Pull ups until I built my back up, try T Bar rows and lat pull downs, and really squeezing the back.....work it out for a few sessions then try....Also people tend to forget Back is the biggest muscle so if you leave it to a Friday- my back will be well used within the week so will be more…

Well its each to their own, people will prefer different MACRO Splits, depending on their goal....I'm just saying 5% is far too low.

dude, protein levels are far too low, high card diet does not mean 80% carbs....you are not carb loading. Id reduce the carbs to 50% if you want a high carb diet, 40% protein and 10% Fat.

Just ask yourself if you actually want the food, or do you want better health....if you crave something- do some research first....I craved ice cream the other day, so got myself protein ice cream with zero calorie Choc sauce.....

1g over your fat daily allowance isn't going to make a difference, as long as you hit your macros you'll be fine

yes exactly, I would love to do it, but I haven't got the time for the amount of dedication you need, I eat clean'ish hitting macros and hit the gym hard....one day I will be in decent shape.

Weight training assists you in burning fat, it doesn't actually burn FAT cardio doesn't increase your metabolism. Food Intake increases your metabolism depending on what you eat.

I got down from 15% Body Fat to 9% Body Fat in 3 Months doing Weights 5 times a week for 40 minutes and only 10-15 mins of HIT training/Circuits. you don't need to be in a gym for more then an hour! Too many people believe the more you do the bigger your going to get.....just NO. Read into it

Fish is expensive hence why a lot of people tend to eat meats then have fish as a treat.....tuna cans are always relatively cheap and good for you.

to be honest I don't think people mean too- I go to a really busy gym, so you can help look at something while your in the gym.....if they point then just stare back lol

this is not a military diet, I have been there, we get 2000 calories a day minimum.....life is at risk so they would not give you a *kitten* diet.

Only thing I would do, is change it up slightly, just have different meats on different meals, change your rice to risotto, or change fruits/nuts around, its the same as training, once your body gets used to it in 3-4 months time, you wont notice big gains, change it up- keep your body and health on its toes
