Hi, I need to blend up vegetables- as I currently only eat very few....just wondering what blenders are the best?

Hi, im very strict on my diet, having to force feed myself to eat veg! cant stand it, nearly gag every time.....got to be a better way..... Im going to try and Blend the veg up with fruit, anyone got any decent recipes? I want it to taste more like Fruit and not Veg.

When do people Bulk and Cut? suppose it depends on the person and goal, just interested to see what everyone else does....? I Normally Bulk between Sep- Jan, then Cut between Jan- April......maintain/Cut between April-Sept as it will be summer :) and be in semi decent shape?

Am I eating enough?
Hi, just wanted some opinions if I am eating enough food. Daily recommendation is to eat 225g of protein a day- this would be my typical day of eating whilst training. 8am- Omelette or Greek yogurt or fruit 10am- Protein Shake 12pm- 250g Chicken and 1/2 packet of Uncle bens rice, BCCA Powder 2-3pm- Fruit, protein bar 5pm-…

Prob been round this numerous times....how long does Chicken tend to keep for in the fridge raw? I brought some from the butchers on Monday.....3 kilos, I've eaten half of it already (Thursday now) someone told me around 4-5 days? is that right? can I freeze it after 4 days? or would that not be good?
