I can breathe! I'm a musician and have to set up my effects on the floor. Usually it takes 15 minutes or so on my knees..sweating, panting, red faced. The other day I noticed that I was hooking my gear up, but not on my knees. I was squating. And I could still catch a breath. And my face wasn't red. That made my week!

I use mapmywalk and havent had any issues. That being said I agree with what was said about it being an overestimate. I dont get caught up on how many calories it says I burned..I just use it to track my exercise. I personally don't eat back any calories.

Most of the time I try to spread my calories out evenly through out the day. I have 6 meals a day. I try to have a little larger breakfast, and a little larger dinner but try to keep the rest pretty much even. My thoughts is that my body will burn them more evenly if I intake them evenly.
