I have had a sinus infection since surgery, almost 4 months. I've been on 5 diff. Antibiotics, steroids, prescrip. Nose spray and I've tried every antihistamine on the market. I have never had these kind of problems. They finally put me on singular and that is helping some, but I'm still dripping. It's driving me crazy lol.

Good luck on your re-journey! I've read earlier threads about doing the pouch test and "going back to the roots". That could quite possibly help you make a new start. Maybe go back to the liquid phase for a few days and then just start everything again. I know you can do this. I'll be honored to cheer you on!

I'm so glad your better. This group as been a life saver for me as well. My group class is also an hour away and when I go back to work, I'm an hour in the over direction.

I love to cook and also am single. Unless my grandkids or two sons are here, I'm finding it takes some imagination cooking for one. I've picked up some great recipes on pinterest for WLS. Glad you are doing better. What surgery did you have Kenda? Was your surgical team a Bariatric Center of Excellence? The reason I'm asking is because I couldn't have ask for a better group.
