For me, I set up goals to meet that did not have to do with weight lose. I used to drink regular mtn dew and sweet tea. My first goal was to stop that and switched to unsweetened tea or diet. I am on week 2 also. I use to hate running, but I am loving this program. Trying to aim for a 5k at the end of October.

I started it as something to do with my son. He has autism and a weakness in gross motor skills. I am surprised at how much I am enjoying this. We are working towards a 5K in October that encourages costumes.
