Way to go!! I didn't buy any this year either, even though I was asked to purchase some from a couple of very sweet girls. I knew if I bought them, I would not be able to eat just one cookie, and end up eating the whole box.

I have been a member of MFP for years and weigh more now than I ever have. No fault of MFP because I use them every time I start over and every time I lose by counting calories. I am my own worst enemy. Starting over tomorrow and praying I have the will power and drive to make this the last time I start. Good luck…

Ashamed is where I am at right now. Starting over again...... have lost 5 lbs in the last 15 days and hoping for 5 more in the next 15. Can't wait till I no longer feel ashamed. Congrats!!

I keep Progresso brand soup at work in the cupboard so if I forget my lunch I have something on hand. They are pretty good. I buy the light varieties, most are 100 calories or less per serving. I then have a granola bar or cottage cheese around 4:00 and that keeps me full till supper time.
