I did get my stair challenge today and so far 3 for 3 on no late night snacking. I did have a lapse on eating today. My husband took me out for Mexican food, we haven't been out in awhile and I over did it, BUT I did track everything and I'm ready to get after it tomorrow!! I am Mindy from Oklahoma!! I'm looking forward to this challenge and hoping to get in better shape and lose some weight I've gained the past couple months. Looking forward to get to know our team!!

I need to lose 10-15 pounds. I am training for a marathon and I need to get back to race weight. My goal is to eat about 1600-1700 calories a day and I work out 6 days a week. I look forward to accountability partners, hopefully this will keep me motivated and help me keep my sweet tooth under control.
