  • I did get my stair challenge today and so far 3 for 3 on no late night snacking. I did have a lapse on eating today.   • I need to lose 10-15 pounds. I am training for a marathon and I need to get back to race weight. My goal is to eat about 1600-1700 calories a day and I work out 6 days a week. I look forward to accountability partners, hopefully this will keep me motivated and help me keep my sweet tooth under control.
