I also have Hashimoto's for the past 30 yrs. and like you I have gained alot of weight. Although it is a struggle, I keep trying to move forward. I have found that being gluten free and MFP is working. If you want support, I am in.

I was going to try weight watchers, but the cost is prohibitive. So I decided to join MFP again, the group here is very supportive and help keep a person motivated. Glad I did too!!
