I am heading to Peachtree again this year. First time was 1983. Thought it would be fun to go back as an old guy and run the 50th edition. Wishing you all the best. AD

Congratulations, if you were able to jog/run 8.6km in an hour indoors on a treadmill, you are ready for a 10K outside. Pick an event that sounds like fun and just jog it to finish it. I predict you will be amazed at how well you do. The point is to have fun, you will continue exercise if you are having fun. Great job.!!!

Great job young man. You look like you might be in your 20's. I was 25 when I lost 96 lbs. I'm 62 now and I can tell you that maintaining a healthy weight will affect your life in ways you can not even imagine at this time. You can do this. Just treat it like your life depends on it. Which it does. All the best, AD

We often do not see ourselves as others see us due to a distorted body image from a lifetime of being obese. In other words, even after losing almost 100 pounds I still felt like the fat guy in the room.…

Good morning, Not sure what gym you go to but in my experience, no one is watching. Everyone is too busy looking at themselves in the mirror. When you do try that BP, make sure you have a spotter. Just say to someone, "Can I get a spot on this BP when you have a minute" Keep up the good work.

Good morning all y'all. I am 60 YO male, weigh 170 pounds and up early to get my gym workout in before work. I was 263 when 25 YO. This has been a life long project for me. It is hard work and can be a struggle. Small changes are cumulative and can yield big results. I encourage everyone to make exercise fun, it will be…
