This is a great question. I am EBF and am trying to figure this out. So far I have been just adding in 60 minutes of cardio that depicts 400 to 500 calories being burned. I read on here that breastfeeding moms should eat at least 1600 calories.

Hello Ladies, I had a baby in December and am trying to loose some weight. I was exclusively breastfeeding but I just started introducing some solids. This app says I should eat 1200 calories a day. Should I increase it by 300 to 400 calories because of breastfeeding?
