A pound loss is nothing to scoff at! You are having movement! This coming from a person who has lost less than 2lbs a month since November. Maybe changing things up might work! Have fun traveling! Where are you going?

When I am mindful of what I am eating the goal is to feel satisfied, but not full. If not it is full on binge mode attack! Which is over 2k cals, and leaves me feeling so full that I can't move. (or at least don't want too) Thank you!

We used to do Trivia night, the later the night got, the sillier the answers were (lots of alcohol). Congrats on the 8lbs! That is a great achievement!

I had to start tracking my food again. Just because I have come too lax in my OMAD. I am like "Eat all the food" once it is time to eat. I can maintain like that but I can't lose. Good Luck.

I am a taste tester too, so I can only cook when it's time to eat. I am lucky that dinner is always ready before I get home. It is different on the weekends though.
