I get it a lot. Traveling in a car brings it on. Not fun, rather uncomfortable. Lowe your salt intake and drink water. Maybe diuretic, too.

You can figure she is walking at a 3.5-4 mph pace. In cardio you can enter speed and time and it should give you a good estimate of calories burned. I like her videos. She has more on YouTube. :)

I have arthritis in both knees. It can be rather painful. I walk on the treadmill with no incline (PT told me it puts more stress on the joint). I also use a seated elliptical. Any type of squat or leg press just go easy. You don't want a lot of pain if you bend too deep.
