My husband and I have fitbit charge hrs. They are a great weight lose tool. Awesome that the link to myfitness pal. I wouldn't buy one that doesn't have heart rate personally though. The heart rate is what sold us.

I keep an eye on all of them. I try to keep carbs under and usually fat is way under. Protein is very iimportant to have on target since I've been working out and weight lifting 4+ days per week.
