Congrats you guys! Stick with it! I'm a teacher and being stuck on the computer all day is driving me nuts (and I know there's still Easter candy in the house!!!) Exercise has saved me!!! Social distancing, of course! Go for a walk or bike ride so you're not eating because you're bored! Keep up the good work :)

I used myfitnesspal awhile ago and had great results! Fell off the wagon and, oops, here I am today starting again! I weighed myself this morning (and screamed!!) I'm starting with that weight! I also have a three month goal to be in better shape! Good luck!

I eat the same thing every day. I love Von's bread & seed bread (sorry, not low carb) one slice with 1/4 avocado, tomato, red onion & turkey, berries and sugar free chocolate pudding. I eat string cheese for a snack.

My mom makes me a vanilla ice cream pie every year for my birthday. It has a layer of lemon curd and meringue topping, then baked (like a baked Alaska). So yummy...

I have cereal or oatmeal everyday for breakfast. I also have 1/2 of a sandwich (bread) for lunch. Sometimes, pasta for dinner. I make sure I plug in all of my foods for the day before I eat. I went out and had my favorite breakfast yesterday... Cinnamon roll french toast!! I took my dog for a little longer walk and I rode my bike for 15 minutes more than I usually do. A treat every once in a while is OK - just log everything!

I have avocado toast with 1/4 avocado everyday! I also have almonds. Both have the healthy fat your body needs!!! Just don't eat 100 avocados :) and a jar of nuts!

Hi! I joined MFP about two years ago and was really successful! Fell of the horse though, but climbed back on about one week ago! I'd love to be part of this group! Good job so far kids!!!
