  • I was doing 1800 (1900 for a while to make sure there was no drop in supply). I didn't add in breastfeeding. On calculators I do .5-1lb loss a week and count on losing more than that. I am now nursing an about to be 11 month old and dropped my calories to 1510, and I usually eat back at least half of my exercise calories…
  • A pair of leggings I bought for workouts about a month ago are beginning to feel loose now. Also NSV - I feel great getting 10k steps everyday, whereas a few months ago my feet and legs would be sore if I did multiple days in a row!
  • Walking. But don't do too much too fast. Ligaments are still lose for months after birth. I screwed my ankles up from trying to get 10k steps a day even after waiting two months. I am fine now getting that much daily (10 months pp), but had to take it easy and count mostly on logging foods the first 5 or so months.

  • Exercise to strengthen the upper back muscles should help. I believe it occurs from bad posture. May be wrong, but maybe try googling exercises to help with posture.
