  • I love the boxed Near East Couscous. I know that the instructions say to add olive oil or butter but I don't add any to mine, only when I cook for my toddler I add a little bit of butter. I cook it in chicken or beef broth and I love how quick and easy it is!

  • hey, I suffer from Migraines too, I know how horrible they are. Thank God I haven't had one in a while but when I feel one is coming I don't exercise, it just makes it worse. You can add me if you want, Im just at the beginning of my journey but we can all use come motivation. I love cooking healthy now too :)
