Thank you for your responses! I'm going to get myself to the doctors and discuss which would be the best way forward for me. I haven't seen any improvements whilst using metformin, it's actually made me feel worse. Did flax pills help with weight loss?

Thank you for your response! What would count as processed food? And i have joined a local gym and have been going 3-4 times a week, i think i might have to up the ante on my workouts though!
