I'm doing ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. So I'm pretty much eating the same stuff as long as it fits my macros and with in a smaller window of time. I started keto/IF three weeks ago. I'm down 10 lbs. At first I thought it would be really hard not eating for 12-14 hrs but I got used to it. I find it harder to fit all my macros in such a short period of time. I'm still learning and adjusting my diet as I progress.
