It is so frustrating, we have all been there, pick yourself up and dust your self off. At least you realize there is a problem, so it can be corrected before it is too late.

I am a fluffy forty plus (lol) yr old. I started out at 276 and currently weigh 216,with 60 more pounds to goal. It has been very encouraging for me to see so many great success stories on this platform.
