  • Bro, you got this. I'm a lot like you, recommended calorie intake for me is 2100, but I never go past 1500 plus on a cheat day that I do, I'm working out and burning anywhere between 400-800 calories. So be mindful of what you're eating and have accountability for it. You'll shed that crap right off brother.
