I tried doing this and it seemed to screw up my whole diary and it won't log my calories properly. Am I doing something wrong?

Don't be too hard on your self! When I feel hungry I like to drink a big glass of water. If I'm still Hungry after drinking the water then I'll grab a healthy snack such as some celery! Don't give up, if you need motivation and support please feel free to add me and message me!

Yes I am breastfeeding. My son is 4 months old. So far I have lost 50 pounds since giving birth. I have 25 more to go. I know they recommend only losing 1 pound a week to keep your supply. I got a cool app called sparkrecipes. It has a bunch of different recipes that are easy to follow and also gives you the nutritional facts. It is my go to when planning my dinners

I read where you don't have time to exercise. Exercise could be something as easy as doing some jumping Jacks before your morning shower. Really anything to get your heart pumping is exercise. Maybe try doing jumping Jacks through out the day to see if that helps. Good luck!

I'm sorry you feel self-conscious. I can understand why you may feel that way with your body changing and maybe your clothes not fitting the way they used to. Just remember to be proud you decided to become healthier and embrace the new you! Good luck! :)
