                Ive been on and off MFP for like a decade. I cam eback last May, but didn't participate in the community or add friends. Just used it to track workouts. Now I am coming in full blast. Feel free to add me.

                I workout right after work, so my post workout routing is shower, casein protein and then dinner.

                Not a heart attack, but close to one. I had severe chest pains one night, went to the DR and they said I had atrial fibrilliation. I ended up getting to Cardio Version procedures and an Ablation procedure.

                I am 53, 6'5 261 and started at 333. I basically made my daily caloric goal at 1400 and I burned at 1100-1300 every single day. 45 mins hard cardio (treadmill 15 incline 4.7 speed) + strength 3 days a week. I lost almost all of my weight in the first 4 months.

                Great job. I was diagnosed as Type 2 in May 23. My A1C was like 10.5. I reactivated MFP and went full on disciplined and got it down to 5.3 in 99 days. Just had my checkup last week and hit 5.1.

                Hey yall. Just joined. 53, lost 70 last yr, just staying focused and trying to live longer and happier.

                I stopped all TV news in January and I am much happier. I still stay up to date on the web, but cable news is azz.

                I started May 2023 due to being diagnosed as Type 2. Jus tbeing on 025 made a huge difference. Down 70;bs A1C in line to 5.1. It's been a life saver.
