Hey! Can't believe how hard you go in one session! Are you mixing it up at the gym? I'm no good at the numbers game so have been following the lean in 15 recipe (Joe Wick but without the coconut oil) of reduced carbs then carbs and proteins post workout. Goes into a lot at the beginning about what to eat and when etc.…

Hey! I'm Jess! ☺️ I have managed to lose approximately 4 stones and now am trying to maintain (why does everyone bring cake in at the office!!! I'm hoping this will make me more honest again...!) and stay fit at the gym. Keep up the hard work everyone, you're all fantastic :)

Salad... followed by 6 chocolate bourbons, loads of celebrations and a glass of wine

The advice I usually hear is regarding doing abs *not* to do weight training immediately afterwards. I think a lot of people advise 3 times a week for strength and more sessions for further intensity :)

57lb lost, now maintaining and shaping! Happy to support those in their goals like others have me! :) xx

Heya, I am in the same boat as you job wise! I have been trying to use leftovers where I can as I generally have quite a healthy dinner! Also try and make sure I have enough protein so I don't get hungry during the shift! (Nothing worst right!?) Or if all else fails, make a massive salad and take that in with you?? :) x

Initially 177.8 for a tiny frame of 5ft 2 with a BMI of 32 :| . Now, 120lb with a BMI of 22 and body fat percentage lower end of normal and brave enough to share this! Anything is possible!

I work shifts. I tend to log my breakfast as dinner and dinner as breakfast. Doesn't really matter to be honest so long as it is being recorded somewhere. :)

Chicken salsa :) Chicken breasts + salsa (1 cup maybe?) in a slow cooker, on low for 6-8 hours. Yummmmmy. 4 hours on high!
