Here I am again. Since 2015, when I made the above post, I lost and gained weight numerous times. I am still very happily married but my weight is now 220 (at one point, I was down to 165) I am better at losing weight and maintaining my weight using this app than any other method. I am ready to reach and maintain my goal…

I had and loved my Basis Peak but it was recalled. I'm in love with my FitBit Blaze and it has an illuminating display. (Peak lit up with prodding) I'm impressed with the accuracy. I'm fond of walking a path with mile markers and my distance is spot on.

I prefer to weigh in daily. If I am aware of how factors such as salt intake, my cycle, constipation, harder workouts effect my weight, I feel like I stay more motivated and can see the bigger picture- I use an app called " Happy Scale" and love it

I gained weight with each of my children. Lost weight and weighed 167. I got complacent and gained back weight. I, currently, weigh 200 lbs
