5th day this week gid it has dragged .I started doing Pump fx at my gym great for toning up all over good chatting to people as it's a distraction and stops me having my head permanently in my fridge

I've been doing insanity it's touch but you feel amazing after the high is mega and you are so tired you callapse bonus if you fall asleep less time to eat shirt. I do it as part of a group class in my gym try a 7 or 10 minute high intensity workout at home get as an app first

Hey hope you OK ? I've just started this week and it's the longest week ever dragging dragging dragging I no I will feel better when I weigh myself Monday but it's a lifestyle change not just a few week challenge and that's the bit that's hard .How is your week going?

Stress puts a terrible amount of strain on the body .Exercise is the best thing as it clears the mind , boosts the endorphins and of course if you working out you do not have you head in the fridge.

I'm not a week in and it's a struggle but I want to lose weight and keep it off .It's like any healthy eating plan it's a lifetime change not just a few months challenge .I would like support as well to keep this going the logging is good and I may get a fitbit to link in as well.
