I chew sugar free gum (0 cal), make a protein shake with graham cracker protein powder and almond milk (165 cal), or have a bag of Planter's NUTrition wholesome nut mix. It has cashews, almonds, and macadamia nuts (210 cal per bag). The macadamia nuts really hit the spot when my sweet tooth emerges!

My goal is 1300/day. I find it hard to meet that goal on days that are mostly protein. I usually come in around 1100 on protein days. Feel free to add me! I have some creative meals sometimes because I have a very small food budget!

Me too! My last go 'round I lost 65 lbs. That was 3 years ago. I've now managed to gain it ALL back. I'm so disappointed in myself for undoing all my hard work. I need motivation buddies to keep me accountable and on track!! Fellow motivators, feel free to add me too!

I started with Country Heat's Country Swing today. It was a great little reminder of just how out of shape I am. I did it in my living room... Even better!
