Hi all. I am an accountant, so it is harder for me to stay active during the day. I try to make up for it in the evenings.....when I can muster the energy. My steps are going to be low today, but I'm going to get a walk in before I have to make dinner.

Hi! I know where you are coming from. I went back to school and got my masters a almost a year ago. I took a desk job during that time too. It was bad for me physically, but now my life has settled down and I need to refocus. Best of luck!
