Inspired by you, I made broccoli pizza crust today. Should have read your tip on using the parmesan on the base. Next time. It was yummy though! Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh, the avocado zoodles sound fab! I am so gonna try that. Thanks for sharing!
-
I cook a similar one too! Only mine is 1 banana to 1 egg & I add cinnamon & vanilla essence to mine. I call them bancakes after some clever friend coined it as such. LOL. Yummers!

Asian and happy to add but like above, no good at this too :disappointed:
-
Lunch was salt-baked chicken with brown rice. And dinner was fried mozzarella balls with fresh tomato sauce and *Gasp* beer ...
-
OKies although I might not be the best option since I do lapse ever so often :pensive:
-
I started with good intentions which went out of the window when I saw the dessert menu ... And I know it's not food but aren't the birdcage lamps adorable?

I do not know about weight loss with green tea but it does help my digestion and seems to help the condition of my skin. I drink quite a lot of it though as I like the taste.

And just packed my lunch for tomorrow. Sambal Petai lagi Sotong (Spicy petai beans with squid) on a bed on white jasmine rice with an egg omelette & some oranges and dragonfruit.
-
Made a modern version of a traditional Asian favourite - Sambal Petai for dinner. It's so spicy I had to check that I had not grown hair on my chest. LOL.

Mine was two sammiches but I ended up only able to finish one so the other was saved for dinner. The weird knobbly bit was the end bit of the bread loaf that I slathered with pumpkin kaya & had that for brekkie with my green smoothie. One sammich was a bakwa (Chinese beef jerky), pumpkin kaya & brie sammich on orange…

I'm the same ... I eat the crusty outside bits & work my way to the mostest part with the yummy filling

This was a very bad weekend indeed with over-indulgence being the word. I shared all these for dinner with 2 friends. Tomorrow is gonna be a killer of a workout day to make up for these ...
-
You might also want to consider pumpkin, carrot or beetroot noodles, which I love making too. :)
-
Well, I know what I will be eating for brekkie tomorrow. Just made a batch of pumpkin kaya (a kind of jam) and that will go on toast. Will also have a one-egg omelette with cardamom chai. Can't wait to wake up to that! :)
-
Trying to get into the habit of eating brekkie so it's usually a green smoothie & whatever I can cook up quickly, eat & run out to work. Today was a soft boiled egg on slices of beets with a light drizzle of sesame sauce. Yummers.

Sometimes the simplest things are the yummiest - my brekkie of soft boiled egg with sliced beets & a light drizzle of sesame sauce.

This is my spinach, mozzarella, avocado, beets & pine nuts pizza. Threw in some leftover cheddar as well. Fear not, I only had a quarter of the pizza.
-
Oooohhh, zucchini pizza crust ... *drool* ... runs off to google it ...

I do not know that many but I recently tried one for a breakfast recipe and it is yummy. Banana pancakes made just with ripe bananas and eggs. I tweaked it by adding a pinch of cinnamon powder and vanilla essence and I have them with blueberries or orange segments. Am also going to try a cauliflower crust pizza which…

Haha, you sound like my mum who was always digging into the peanut butter bottle with a spoon! Fortunately I am not as fond of peanut butter ... wish I could say the same about chocolate. Sigh.

It's all rather visual indeed! I love Bentos & I have one which is conveniently sectioned into 2 almost cup portion sections. I pack a sammich and some fruit in wee cups in it. :)
-
Haha, I think I would be terribly stressed by all that measuring and might comfort eat to overcome that stress. It's definitely more accurate I am sure ... never heard of the 21-Day Fix but will look it up. Thank you! I bought microwaveable food containers in cup measures which can be washed and re-used. I read the doctor…

I was never a breakfast eater, which is terrible I know but I am trying to correct the errors of my ways. So recently I have been making gluten free banana pancakes for brekkie. Just 1 ripe banana to 1 egg, beaten with a pinch of cinnamon powder & vanilla essence and cooked in coconut oil. I make wee tennis ball sized ones…

Cool. Been thinking of giving it a go myself too :)

I take ground flaxseed with my green smoothies for the fibre and omega 3. Initially it was a toss up between chia seeds and flaxseed but chia seeds apparently can have counterinteractions with my medication. So far flaxseed seems to work OK for me

Am happy to share :)

With only one week left to go, I cannily join in. Lol, night snacking is my Waterloo though

I am new here but not to injury. Have been recovering for the past 3 years and it was hard. Unable to exercise and the weight piled on and I lost all muscle and mobility. Not a pity party here but just to let you know I totally empathise. After the first year, I found the cup diet works for me. Essentially I eat pretty…
