I'm trying to drink more tea. Herbal tea. I've never really liked tea much but I find plain water hard to drink as much as I should. Totally agree with you! Eating air and sugar. There are better choices out there. Oatmeal that you prepare would be a good one. But as many other posters have said, if you are within your cal goal and you like it, go for it.

Try scanning the bar code and the data base should find it for you. It usually comes up with 1 portion = 200 gr ( or similar) then I change this number to 1gr and if I'm having say 120gr of yogurt I change the following number to 120 serves. ie: 1gr x 120 serves = the calories (etc) for 120gr of yogurt. Thanks for posting ladies. I too have started to head into menopause, I'll be 46 this year, and am finding the weight slowly creeping on. I am giving MFP another shot after a bit of a break so fingers crossed. It's good to know others are in the same battle. In it together.

Me too! Just started back on MFP after not really using it for a while and it shows! Hoping with some steely determination I can fit back into some nice clothes that haven't seen the light of day for a bit. Fingers crossed!
