The logging grams as servings thing just clicked in my head! lol ... well that sounds doable. I was searching the recipe builder for a way to log with grams ... then I got it. I'm not sure why I found that so difficult! :P

Thanks for all the replies! I think I will continue eyeballing it ... I might try TheLittleReds idea of separating it all ahead of time so that I know about how much a serving size is. If only there were some magic way to know exactly how many calories a particular serving was!

If you are fine without breakfast, I would save your calories for when you actually want to eat them. Personally, I feel weak and tired without breakfast, so I don't skip it. But a lot of people seem to be fine without breakfast. As someone mentioned, the timing of your calories has no real effect.

The photo is from about a year ago, and I do weigh about the same, although of course I chose that photo because I think it looks better than other photos! That said, I felt a LOT better about myself at my old weight and would really like to get half-way there, at least. :)
