You can't be perfect everyday or all the time. Allow a cheat day every so often be get back to your program that you had.

All you have to do is get back on your program. I did the same thing and gained 10 pounds back and lost it back in 3 days.

I work at a restaurant also and on a mid shift (10-8) I put in 15k in steps. I have a surge Fitbit and I love it. I still just hit my calorie intake as my fitnesspal says to hit.
