It could be because you're down. I've seen people go either way when they are slightly down if it continues I would go see a doctor about it.

I've had a fitbit blaze and Garmin Vivoactive, I prefer the Garmin completely, much better tracking, GPS built in so no need to take a phone with you when out and about. battery lasts a hell of a lot longer than the fitbit as well
