  • From what I have read it is extremely difficult to get out. I know the cute outfits and price are tempting but I would avoid it. Try Title Nine or Athleta sale items.

  • M/Th: Personal Trainer-45 min T: Pure Barre-55 min W: Swimming-45 min F: Road Bike Ride-25-50 miles-2-3 hrs S: Pure Barre-55 min S: Road Bike Ride-20-30 miles-2 hrs When temps get warmer, I replace one Pure Barre for another day of bike riding. Always prefer an outdoor workout to an indoor one!
  • I always give up alcohol (beer and wine) during Lent but after a 15 lb weight gain since October I decided to quit now. While it feels like a drink helps with stress it really doesn't in the long run.
  • Pure Barre is amazing! I only go once a week because I work out with a personal trainer 2x/wk, swim 1x/wk, bike 2-3/wk. Pure Barre has helped sculpt my body and has given me better definition. Platform classes start soon at my studio and I can't wait to try them! If new to Pure Barre I definitely would encourage attending…
